Mr. Jha, The Founder, of the company, has done MBA in financial management, and he an ardent ITI – Fitter trade professional. Fitter gave him the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge in terms of technical aspects of a business. Wherein the MBA helped in managing everything efficiently in systematic order. He inherited the knowledge and skills from his father Late Shri Shila Kant Jha, who had served the Railways in the Fitter trade for over 45 years. In the sum of 15 years of constant learning and excelling, during his initial years when he worked with Crescent Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. in Noida, he shared the responsibility, lead 2 Power Project for UPPCL–Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited and delivered them effectively within the timeline.

Exposure to Edification in Financial Sector: Over 5 years Mr. Jha worked in the Financial and auditing sector. Being a keen learner, he quickly mastered the entire process of financial control and Audit as well as understand the importance of finance in various industries. Breakthrough in E-Commerce sector to People’s person- In recent past 7 years, his working with E-commerce company gave him a chance to work on his People management skills.
